Reporting a bug

The most useful bug reports say which tool you were using, your browser and device (for example "Safari on iPhone 15" or "Chrome on Windows 11"), and what you expected to happen. Please don't attach the file that caused the problem unless you are happy to share it: the tools never upload anything, so a description of the file (type, rough size, where it came from) is usually enough to reproduce the issue.

Requesting a tool

If there's a small, repetitive job you'd like to do without uploading files to a stranger's server, say what it is. Requests that come up more than once are the first to be built.

Privacy questions

The privacy policy lists exactly what the site collects and which third parties are involved. If something there is unclear, or you've found a tool that seems to send more than it should, please get in touch.
